VINYL LABELS
|
|
SCREEN-PRINTING:
- Self-adhesive
vinyl labels are economical, eye-catching and easy to apply. They
can be screen-printed in a vast array of colours matched to your
specifications, and can be cut to virtually any shape or individual
design using our computerised vinyl cutter. As previously mentioned,
we can research specialist vinyls to your specifications and can
also provide materials that are indestructible or tamper-evident
with various adhesive properties (such as peelable or high tac)
to your requirements.

ROLL LABELS:
- However
if what you need is a large quantity of easily-applied labels at
a low cost especially those with variable information such as serial
numbers or barcode information we can supply labels on a roll printed
by thermal transfer. These labels are also ideal for uses such as
address, packaging, warranty, warning and product information labels.
They can be any design, shape or quantity and come in a range of
sizes and colours and again we can supply them on material with
adhesive to suit your purpose.

SCREEN-PRINTING:
- Screen-printing
is suitable for most metals and produces high quality, durable product
identification in a range of colours and sizes. Modern inks give
them a long lasting finish, though they may be prone to scratching
in extreme cases.

|
ENGRAVING:
- Another
option to consider, especially if you require a more robust label,
is engraving. Engraved plates are durable and of high quality. This
method is particularly suitable for short runs and labels with varying
information.
|
|
ETCHING:
- If
you desire the same durability as engraving but require a large
quantity or higher detail then etching may be the choice. Brass,
stainless steel and aluminium are all suitable for etching and again
your design can be left clear or filled in a vast range of colours.
|
|
ALUPRINTING:
- If your
labels will be subject to a more hostile environment, aluprinting
may be more suitable. This produces a similar look to screen-printing,
however the finish is hardwearing and long lasting since the colour
is actually absorbed into the surface coat of the aluminium. It
is resistant to most chemicals/lubricants such as petrol, oils,
thinners and polishes.
